What would happen if technology like this comes into existence:

Just think for a second that what would happen if there is a technology to display the things or to display the things that we generally assume in our own world of  our mega brain, in the same way as we assume it with complete cinematic effect with high visuals which may not be possible to do in the real world we live ......... For example let us assume that I want to write a book which has its own story line but due to some reasons  I may not be able to complete the book, may be some issue like I cannot frame the entire conversation between  the characters.... Which makes me disappointed with my intention which cannot be completed... Now coming to the point that I have some real issue like the one i above mentioned. So one day I thought that what would really happen with the help of these imaginary sensors that would project out the exact display of whatever I thought in my own sub conscious mind.............. Really I think this would be amazing if it is going to happen.......So that the people who are unable to convey their own feelings verbally they can use this technology to give a message.
